Over the last decade or so, South African boxing has experienced a decline in spectator interest. The truth, however, is that we have a vast pool of up and coming boxers. Our job was therefore to revive interest in the sport by profiling our future talent. That being said, our approach was to create real personal connections with the fighters; to get an insight into their lives, struggles and personal victories. This had multiple benefits for our client, SuperSport: it showed foresight for recognising our future stars, and the ability to communicate in a humane, person to person, way.
